Freeman is the Bachand University Professor, Olsson Professor, and Academic Director of the Institute for Business in Society at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. A recipient of seven honorary doctorates and numerous teaching and lifetime achievement awards, he has advised leading organizations worldwide and hosts The Stakeholder Podcast.
