Kerry L Bass is a thought leader, executive advisor and consultant with a wealth of leadership spanning over thirty-five years. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Potential to Reality Consulting, LLC, Kerry has been instrumental in the establishment and expansion of a consulting practice specializing in helping leaders of purpose-driven organizations define and refine their organization’s potential, couple it with strategic focus and operational excellence to produce sustainable value to stakeholders. His inventive methodologies and holistic insights have yielded marked improvements in operational efficiency and strategic outcomes for many government (federal and state), nonprofit and commercial enterprises.
His leadership and operational insights are the result of his service in a number of leadership roles. Among them are:
- Executive Consultant to two divisions of major federal agencies, resulting in their attaining bronze level certification of their operational systems under the ASQ/ANSI G1 standard
- Corporate Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of a major global nonprofit professional organization where he led a major revision of the headquarters and member unit financial operating and reporting policies
- Organizational Change Management Leader for a Southern state’s Electronic Visit Verification system, which led to national recognition at the Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference
- Product Owner for the Development and launch of a major information technology enterprise’s Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System
- Independent Validation and Verification Project Manager for a Southern state’s health and human services comprehensive eligibility system development and deployment
- Organization Transformation and Business Process Re-engineering Project Manager for health and human services systems for multiple states

As a thought leader, Kerry is engaged in developing the concept of Societal Excellence. Correspondingly, he is a researcher with interests that include the societal benefits of purpose-driven firms and those with strong ESG management, the benefits of the implementation and usage of high-quality AI systems and the future of strategic quality management. He is a speaker and author of several essays and white papers on organization transformation, Lean Six Sigma and leadership. Additionally, he is an instructor of quality management for graduate level business students. Further, along with Peggy O’Neal, he is the co-founder and co-host of the Leadership Luminaries Lounge ™ podcast, which is focused on sharing the insights of leaders and supporters of purpose-driven organizations. Finally, Kerry provides further holistic insights as an ordained Christian minister.
Kerry is a 2026 Doctor of Business Administration candidate at Georgia State University and earned a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University. He holds several active professional certifications. These include Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Silver Level), Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, Quality Auditor, ASQ/ANSI G1 Designated Examiner, Project Management Professional, Organization Change Management Practitioner and talent optimization consultant.

Peggy O’Neal is an executive coach, author and nonprofit executive. In addition to her leadership roles with Potential To Reality Consulting, she is the founder and Executive Director of Democracy Is US Inc., a community organization that is focused enhancing civic engagement and promotion of democratic principles. She has coached leaders for more than 35 years after practicing law for 12.
Peggy’s work integrates the great wisdom teachings and corresponding science so that people can see beyond the illusion of separation (which is what limits us) and free themselves to have the business and wealth they deeply desire. She offers clients the direct path to transformative and sustainable change leading to clarity, resourcefulness and flow in all aspects of life and work.
She is the author of two chapters in the Handbook of Personal and Organizational Transformation, the first book on cutting-edge theory and practice on small- and large-scale transformation. She was Assistant Attorney General and Arkansas State Purchasing Director for Bill Clinton when he was Attorney General and Governor and served in President Clinton’s administration in the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
Peggy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas and is a Certified Integral Master Coach.

In addition to consulting, David is a published author and the host of Crossroads, a podcast that dives into real-world business challenges and the decisions that shape success. Whether working behind the scenes or speaking on stage, David is passionate about equipping leaders to make bold, informed moves for sustainable growth.
David’s expertise is rooted in a global perspective shaped by his work with international development organizations and government agencies such as the Inter-American Development Bank, the Caribbean Development Bank, and the Word Trade Organization. He is a 2026 Doctor of Business Administration candidate at Georgia State University and holds a Master of Science in Accounting and credentials as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
